Where prints ship from
Prints are made to order and shipped directly from our US-based print workshop. The studio doesn't physically handle the print; the workshop does.
Production time
3 – 7 business days after you place your order, depending on the medium. Acrylic and metal prints take the longest; paper prints the shortest.
Shipping time after dispatch
- Continental US: 3 – 7 business days standard
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 5 – 10 business days
- International: 7 – 21 business days, depending on destination
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and medium ordered. Larger and heavier mediums (canvas, framed, acrylic) cost more to ship.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number by email once the workshop dispatches your print.
Customs and duties (international)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping at checkout.
Address accuracy
Make sure the shipping address you give at checkout is correct. Re-shipping due to wrong-address returns is at the customer's cost.
